Working Conditions

09:00- 18:00

• Builds up and administrates implementation of an annual training plan based on OD projects

• Runs training needs analyses and manages the process for eight properties

• Responsible for liaising with training providers and vender selection process

• Manages trainers and coordinates training processes for company’s properties

• Analyses trainers’ performance as well as quality of learning interventions and its value for the business

• Responsible for provision of timely and comprehensive reports (e.g. progress report, quality report, other)

• Provides inputs during annual HR budgeting exercise

• Designs & delivers training modules

• Responsible for internship programmes, e-learning and other education resources

• Coordinates logistics in training delivery

• Travels to regional properties up to 50% of the time

Requirements


• Bachelor Degree

• Minimum two years of experience in relevant area

• Proficient Azerbaijani, upper-intermediate English. Russian is an advantage

• Industry experience is an advantage

• Strong training, communication, multitasking, planning & organisational skills

• Knowledge of MS Office, Visio and/or other presentation software

• Analytical & numerical skills, financial literacy is a plus

• CIPD of equivalent qualification is preferred
